Buttercream

Our fresh buttercream frosting is the popular choice in our wedding cakes.  Many designs that have a smooth finish can be done with our buttercream, some mistake it for fondant.  Selecting smooth, textured or specialty piping, it is the perfect fit to complement any cake flavor you choose

Fondant

Fondant is a rolled frosting that can be placed on a cake resulting in almost a porcelain finish.  Our fondant is consistently thin and is always placed over our buttercream, so you still get a great tasting cake.  Fondant is also frequently used to make bows, monograms, draping and swags that can be added to the cake design.

Barely Iced

​Also known as semi-naked cakes, these give such a beautifully rustic look perfect to be adorned with fresh flowers or greenery.  We do get requests for the “naked” cakes but those actually do not have icing on the outer sides of the cake.  Doing the semi-naked has just enough icing to seal in the moistness of the cake – who wants dry cake?

Cupcakes

​Everyone loves a good cupcake!  You can have fun and choose several flavor combinations to delight your guests. We do have many display options from crates and tree slices to elegant glass and mirror elevated designs.  These are offered complimentary to our couples, we just need them back.

Chandelier Cakes actually hang!  We supply the sturdy support hanger and each tier is separately attached and each tier can be removed one at a time for easy cutting.
Geode Cakes, made with rock sugar, have many different styles and in “cake world” can be any color you choose.
Double-Sided Cakes are great if you can’t decide on a design. Have each side crafted – one elegant and let your personality shine with the other. From Super Heros to Nightmare Before Christmas, anything is possible!
Whimsical Cakes are for the creative at heart. Often called topsy turvy cakes, these are a great option for a creative wedding.  This Mardi Gras wedding cake certainly fit the theme.
